My weekend

Summer arrived early in Cambridge at the weekend, the weather has been so beautiful and its set to continue into the week. The clocks also changed this weekend, lighter evenings are back!!

It was perfect weather for a drive with the car roof down. We made use of the gorgeous weather and drove to a gorgeous little village in Essex and had a drink and pub lunch in a typical English pub. its very popular among bikers so there were constantly bikes and classic cars driving past, it was really great. Happy New Year to all my readers! :)

My New Year celebrations were very low key; I have a nasty cold so I stayed in with the family. We played dance central 2 on the Kinect and had a laugh, it was really nice!

I look forward to lots of bloggng in 2012, I have lots of things lined up.

Christmas Time

Hi guys!

As you can tell ive changed the name of my blog to ‘My Lady Boudoir’ (formally ‘Sammy And The City) I wanted to change it to something totally unique! I hope my readers still manage to find me :)

 I hope you all had a good Christmas :) I spent Christmas in Anglesey where my fiancé is originally from. It’s been really nice playing with the dogs and cats, eating lots of nice food and watching good tv!

I had some really nice presents. I got the hills box set which I’m so happy with as ive always wanted it and I’m a huge fan! I got lots of smelly stuff, make up and a snuggie! Just before Christmas I went shopping with my fiancé and my mum and I chose all my presents. I got some gorgeous new clothes and some new converse trainers. The presents from my fiancés family were a complete surprise which was nice :) I still have lots of presents waiting for me at home!

My Weekend

I had such a busy weekend but it was a really good weekend!  Friday night it was my fiancés works xmas party, a masquerade ball. It was so much fun. It was held at a very large club in London. They went all out with entertainment and décor. My outfit was a really nice black dress from boohoo.com with my Irregular choice miaow boots.

Saturday we went Christmas shopping at lakeside shopping centre near Essex. I choice most of my xmas presents from my parents and fiancé. I chose some really nice things and can’t wait to post them on my blog after Christmas :)

On Sunday it was my family Christmas meal. We went to a small pub in Cambridge and had a really nice dinner.

I’m feeling pretty tired after today!! On Wednesday I’m travelling up to North Wales with my fiancé to stay with his family for Christmas.

Firstly I would like to apologise for not doing a post in so long. I didn’t have my camera to take photos for posts but now I have it back its business as usual.

Last weekend me and my fiancé travelled up north to attend a wedding, it was a lovely weekend and the wedding was just beautiful.

Here is my dress I wore for the day. I changed into a black maxi dress for the evening but I didn’t get any pictures which is a shame as it’s a beautiful dress.

I absolutely love walking in the autumn sunshine. I live on the outskirts of Cambridge and i'm lucky enough to live near this walk route through the countryside. its so peaceful. heres some pictures I took yesterday.
